Tasica emerged from a fundamental need, refined through practical application, and validated by extensive real-world usage. Originating from the frustration of Alphalogix, a development firm in partnership with IBM, with the repetitive nature of custom coding for automation tasks, Tasica was conceived to streamline development processes. Initially conceptualized in 2005, Tasica swiftly became a key product for Alphalogix and IBM, facilitating the deployment of solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

The strength of Tasica lies in its adaptability, ease of implementation, and seamless integration, attributes honed through responsive development in collaboration with major clients such as IBM, Coca-Cola, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and various US Government entities.

In contrast to many established Business Process Management System (BPMS) providers who have veered towards closed architectures, Tasica remains steadfastly open. Our objective is to complement existing systems and development platforms by offering essential functionalities including orchestration, integration, reporting, process management, and decision-making. Tasica expedites the development of these critical BPM aspects without dictating that development teams solely rely on our system, thus allowing flexibility in areas such as UI development and database modeling.
